We take the quality of our products and services very seriously. This is reflected in the accreditations we have obtained in order to ensure that we are completely compliant with all of the relevant industry standards.
APHC
Licensed Membership is operated by APHC Ltd. and is reserved for plumbing and heating businesses that work to defined trading standards and have appropriate levels of insurance. Licensed members must also ensure that only competent plumbers and heating engineers are employed to undertake plumbing and heating work.
MCS
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is a nationally recognised quality assurance scheme, supported by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, which is a requirement for a company who wish to commission renewable heating products, such as heat pumps.
HIES
The Home Insulation & Energy Systems Contractors Scheme (HIES) is a Consumer Protection organisation. HIES ensures that consumers are dealt with professionally, courteously and sympathetically. Any products installed by HIES Members must be fit for purpose, installed professionally and come with comprehensive guarantees which are underwritten with specialist insurance providing consumers with a high level of protection and peace of mind.
TrustMark
TrustMark is a Government-endorsed sign of consumer protection for home improvements, repairs, renewable energy installations and low energy retrofits that are designed to make your home more comfortable and cheaper to run. TrustMark is attained by a reputable business after it can prove to a certifying body (i.e. Certification schemes or Trade Associations) that it has all the right competences and consumer protections in place.
TrustMark’s requirements relate to all the business’s work and all its employees, as it is the business which is TrustMark registered, not just the work
